The Grand Haven Aviation Association invite the community to a family favorite this Saturday!

The community can experience a tantalizing breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage & juice/coffee or a hotdog, chips & pop lunch, along with flight demonstrations, music, children’s activities and more. Airplane, Biplane or helicopter rides will be available.

Admission is free, rain or shine to drive in or fly in for this great time at the Grand Haven Memorial Airpark located at 16446 Comstock Street on Saturday, August 13 from 7:00am – 1:00pm.

The Grand Haven, Spring Lake & Ferrysburg Chamber of Commerce invite residents & visitors to take part in this sand art building activity this Saturday.

After 2 hours of sand creating, individuals, teams & families will be judged and awarded prizes on their unique presentation.

Get your sand sculpture plans & tools in order.The Grand Haven City Beach is the place to be from 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday, August 13.

Michigan’s finest Antiques Show can be observed during six events per year on the last Sunday of the month, April through September.

Guests have the opportunity to visit 200 dealers inside and 200 dealers outside (many under cover) showcasing their antiques & collectibles.

Rainbow Child Care Center Celebrates Summer with Mobile Science Lab

Rainbow Child Care Center (Rainbow), a provider of academic-focused, early-childhood education with more than 120 centers across 12 states, recently celebrated its annual Summer Social with local families and special guest, Clarity Newhouse, professional race car driver.

Families that attended the event at Rainbow’s center in Walker, enjoyed interacting with Newhouse and getting an up-close look at her race car.  Doubling as a Mobile Science Lab, Newhouse’s race car provided young students an opportunity to explore science, technology, engineering and math during a fun, hands-on science lesson.

Sun Title Opens New Grandville Office in Bustling Commercial Corridor

Sun Title Agency, one of Michigan’s leading title and real estate transaction coordination companies, announced today the opening of the company’s new Grandville office in a converted, 3,000 sq. ft. space at 4600 Ivanrest. The transformed space replaces the company’s current location at 4693 Wilson Ave SW.

The converted space, which was formally a residential home, will accommodate as many as six employees. The new office will focus on providing commercial and residential title insurance and closing services and allows the company to expand its presence in the Grandville community.

For the 16th year, the Irish American Club of Kalamazoo invites the community to an Irish music extravaganza.

The Old Dog Tavern located at 402 E. Kalamazoo Avenue comes alive inside and outside with a variety of Irish Music bands on Friday, June 17 from 5:00pm – 1:00am & Saturday, June 18 from noon until 1:00am.

Admission: $10.00 – adults, children 13 & under with an adult are free and welcome until 9:00pm. All students with ID are $5.00.
